Delivery Information
UK Shipping Only. If you wish to place an order outside of the UK, please contact us for a shipping cost prior to placing your order.
We will always try to process your orders the same day they are received, however any orders received after 2pm may not be processed until the next working day.
Please allow up to 2-5 days to receive your order, please make sure someone is at the shipping address to sign for your order.
Any orders not received within 5 days please notify us via email.
Some items will have a delivery time of 7-10 days.
Any issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you would like to return an item you have ordered you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will ask you the reasons for the return and if we accept the reason we will issue you with a returns reference number.
No item will be accepted back if its not in its original packaging.
